At SensitHaptics, we stand behind the precision of our electronic components and tactile feedback devices. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Log in to your account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Package Securely

  Place the electronics in their original anti-static packaging and include all cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure the product is protected during transit.

  Ship Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring the RMA number is clearly visible on the exterior.

• 4.
  Inspection & Refund

  Once our technicians verify the hardware's condition and functionality, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
